We ship Australia-wide and internationally where possible. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched. Risk passes to you upon shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We offer returns or exchanges on unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are accepted but you are responsible for return shipping. Items purchased with gift cards, on sale, or custom-made are non-refundable unless faulty.
